DAY 2 - Inaugural Program [13/10/2022]

Assembly (9:30AM)
       Our peer students conducted the assembly under the guidance of Mrs.Anitha Ruth mam. The entire assembly was very much useful to us. As they share bible verse and a thought with us, really it was great motivation for everyone.

Alumini Talk (10:00AM - 11:00AM)
       Dr.Mrs.A.Kavitha, Assistant professor of English from Adithanar Arts and Science College, Tiruchendur, came to our college to share her experience in this college as she is the 1st batch of our precious institution.Her words are really motivating and stress us the importance of studying this B.Ed course in this institution.Her speech was really encouraging.We had a valuable time with her.

Interval (11:00AM - 11:15AM)
       In the interval a sister from outside came to sell some delicious snack like tea, coffee, samosa, vada etc..And also we had a mini canteen inside our college, an non-teaching staff will sale some snack for us, it was delicious too..

History of the College (11:15AM - 11:30AM)
       Our Principal sir, Dr.S.Devasahayam Selvakumar shared us about how and when the college was started and also he shares us his bonding with this institution.It was one of the finest sessions we had.

Discipline Rules & Regulations (11:30AM -12:00NOON)
       Mrs.R.Jeyaseeli, Assistant professor of Education, SJCE letured us about the discipline, rules and regulations of our college which is must to be efficiently followed in the following days.

Uses of Library (12:00NOON - 12:15PM)
       Mrs.P.Jesy Stella Vinotha, Librarian of SJCE, she shares about the usage of library and she provides us the discipline, rules and regulations which is compulsory to be followed inside the library.This session was useful.

Rules for Physical Education (12:15PM - 12:30PM)
       Mr.G.Alwin, Director of Physical Education of SJCE, shares about norms and regulations of games period also he collected our own interests and encourages everyone to participate actively in the following competitions.

Lunch Break (12:30PM - 1:30PM) 
       We had a good lunch.

Introduction for Pedagogical Subjects (1:30PM - 3:00PM)
       Mr.Arul Prabhakaran, Assistant professor of English taught us some knowledge about our theory paper and he encourages us to stand before everyone to introduce us once again to vanish away our fears.This session was really useful and we feel greatful for his teaching.

Interval (3:00PM - 3:15PM)

Religious Institutions/Moral Instructions (3:15PM - 3:45PM)
       Mrs.Anitha Ruth mam talks about spiritual importance in these last days and she introduced us the prayer cells and encouraged us to participate in the following prayers.

NSS Activities (3:45PM - 4:30PM)
       In this valuable time we planted some saplings and it really made us happy.

Morning Assembly - 9:30AM        Our peer students conducted the assembly under the guidance of Mrs.Anitha Ruth mam. The entire assembly was very much useful to us. As they share bible verse and a thought with us, really it was great motivation for everyone. Micro Teaching practice (9:30AM - 12:45PM)        We all had a teaching session and each one of us divided into groups and we all present our teaching, with 1 timer, 2 observers, and 3 students for the Skill of Explanation for level l. Lunch Break (12:45PM - 1:30PM)        We had a good lunch. Micro Teaching practice (1:30PM - 3:30PM)        We all had a teaching session and each one of us divided into groups and we all present our teaching, with 1 timer, 2 observers, and 3 students for the Skill of Questioning for level l. Art and Craft (3:30PM - 4:30PM)        We practiced art.
